Pseudohexagonal.DX.Triangle.Arrays

After many years of trying, hexagonal arrays were finally produced using bulged junction DX triangles, as shown below.

Two of these components yield an array that looks like the following in the AFM:

Thus, we can create trigonal. pseudohexagonal array using a robust motif of DNA.
